Personal data protection policy
IMSLOV, s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as the "company") with its registered office at Pavla Horova 19, 08001 Prešov, ID number: 36504467, VAT number: 2021982908, VAT number: SK2021982908, registered in the Commercial Register of the Prešov District Court, section Sro, insert number 15505/P, processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and relevant legal regulations of the Slovak Republic.
1. Purpose of personal data processing
The company processes personal data for the purpose of:
provision of services and products to customers,
fulfillment of contractual and legal obligations,
communication with customers and business partners,
marketing activities based on the consent of the person concerned.
2. Legal basis of processing
The processing of personal data is based on:
fulfillment of the contract,
fulfillment of legal obligations,
legitimate interests of the company,
with the consent of the person concerned in the case of marketing activities.
3. Categories of processed personal data
The company processes the following categories of personal data:
identification data (name, surname, title),
contact details (address, telephone number, e-mail address),
data necessary for the performance of the contract (e.g. bank connection),
data obtained during communication with the customer.
4. Recipients of personal data
Personal data may be provided:
public authorities in accordance with legal regulations,
to external service providers (e.g. accounting services) on the basis of a contract on the processing of personal data,
to other entities in cases established by law.
5. Period of storage of personal data
Personal data are stored for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were obtained and in accordance with the deadlines set by the relevant legal regulations.
6. Rights of affected persons
Data subjects have the right to:
to access your personal data,
to correct incorrect or incomplete data,
to delete personal data ("the right to be forgotten") in cases established by law,
to restrict processing,
for data portability,
object to processing,
withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, if the processing is based on consent,
file a complaint with the supervisory authority (Personal Data Protection Office of the Slovak Republic).
